From fish fillet's block or from « Bits and pieces », we can cut according to your requirements of size, weight or shape. The « method team » supports you to optimize the cutting specifications: improving the output. 
 
The portions and the cubes, generally for industrial uses, can be packed in bulk, can also be glazed or repacked in sales units... 
Fish steaks and portions are generally for the retail and the food service. They are graded and selected according to your specifications contract (colour, size of the fillets...)  
 
Our team developed a real expertise in the cutting festive products. Lobsters, lobster tails and king crab are perfectly controlled. The team is aware of optimizing the packaging and taking care of the aesthetics of the finished product. The factory can handle the timing constraints of the high season with good flexibility.  
 
Synergies between the cutting line of our workshop on one hand and, our packaging, freezing and defrosting lines on the other hand, allow our customers to add controlled and efficient value at their products.
